Our quality control system consisting of dedicated, trained personnel aims to deliver products with:
- Lot to lot consistency
- Two-way traceability
- Manufacturing and quality records for each lot
Products are made with virgin plastic materials that meet FDA requirements. Full traceability is maintained on all lots of material and samples are kept for a period of 2 years.
Our quality management system relies on robust corrective and preventive action programs, detailed work instructions and procedures, as well as internal audits to provide information that allows us to review and continually improve our products and processes.
